no power @ locks/windows

Ok, I'll try and keep this as brief as possible while still providing an accurate description. I had a small leak at the t-top/window area so I took off the door panel and raised the back of the window. Well, besides the fact that the clips that hold the power lock/window piece into place SUCK. I ended up neglecting to unplug the negative terminal and used a small screw driver to pry the retaining clip for the locks away from the trim. Obviously, there was enough polarity there to cause a spark and now I have no power. The sad part is I unplugged it the day before to work on the car, no excuses here. I just figured I had to get those clips back in since the locks/window trim piece wasn't secured into place. Any idea where to check first? I'm hoping it's an easy fix since the cause of the incident is pretty obvious.

Have you checked the fuse yet?

I checked all fuses on the driver side dash and all were in good condition. I didn't see one labeled specifically for "locks" though. There's a breaker labeled "windows" and a fuse for, "power accessories".
Update: The driver side window does still have power going to it but the passenger side does not. The locks still don't work either. Could this be because I have the passenger side still disconnected? I don't see why this would affect the driver side.

Well, I'm looking at my Haynes Repair Manual and since it's not as simple as a fuse I'm thinking it must be the solenoid or the relay? What gets me is that it affected both locks, not just the one on the passenger side where the incident occurred. Although it all is on the same circuit.

Fixed the problem. I guess you have to have everything plugged in to close the circuit. Live and learn. Good news is I have a good seal on my window (hopefully) finally, the clips stayed and the trim piece is securely/flush in place, and I have power window's/locks again. On to the passenger side speaker and window motors....lol.

I was going to tell you that (just saw the thread). Both sides have to be plugged in for either to operate.
