sorry lol lemme clarify..well in NY the emmision laws are getting changed..there plugging a comp. into ur obd2 too scan..my AIR and EGR are deleted and im not running cats so im kinda screwed..

 

That would be better news for you then if they do it like they do in IL. In IL they scan your computer to see if its throwing codes, if its not, you pass, if it is, sniff test. So get your codes tuned out and go get tested!

 

we in ontario have had emmision laws for 3 years will be over in 2007 i hope camaros have no prob. passing if you have cats in place it is a big money grab by the gov.

 

Thank God we don't have even a VISUAL inspection here in AR...

But I have heard when they pull you over and do a spot check they stick it to you if they find out you're breaking the laws
