ok well my sending unit went out on me , so i bought a used one, hooked it up and made sure my gas guage needle moved when i moved the floater!!!

well then it did so i installed it and now it doesnt work

i wired up the fuel pump, if i did it wrong, it wouldnt turn on or nothing!!!
so i know its wired correctly!!

Second is that i just went to put 10$ in it to see if that would work (gas that is)

and when i smash on teh brakes the needle drops a bit!!

btu it is still at PEGGED FULL!!!

any ideas please let m eknow!!

i know i pisted in the bar n grill cause i wanted a faster reply!!!

is ur gas full? i know it takes a good 50-75miles after a fill up to have it start to drop

 

its always stuck at full.....ive had this problem for a good 5 months now!!

someone told me that the floater could be stuck on something, but i dunno bout that!!
