I started the camaro for the first time in a few months and had horrible vacuum leak coming from the dash. I took the dash apart and figured out I need a new controller for the HVAC. (the **** on the right that directs where the air comes out at).

Also cracked the big plastic dash pad piece that goes across the entire dash. I got that part number: 10267171

Jason Cromer still around for ordering parts? Any idea on what he will charge for the dash?

 

In your control head, there is a valve, with vacuum running to it, mounted directly to the back of the selector switch. I'm assuming this is what you are after. The part # is 16159553. It is only available through Vintage Parts Restoration (through the dealer).
