Need Help With Wrecked 89 Iroc-z
I recently bought a 1989 Iroc-Z with passenger front end damage. I will need the usual hood, pass fender, front nose.
My problem is that when I stipped the front end down there was more damage than I had expected. The front horn was shattered, core support shoved back, frame rail in front of suspension bent. The car trackes straight and no uneven tire wear.
I am thinking of having the junk yard cut me off the front nose, bumper, core suppord, header panel and 10" of the horn and frame rail and weld it back togeather. (In 1 piece)
Has anyone attempted this with much success. Any serious advice would be helpful...
Thanks
