around 100k i had to replace a fuel pump and do a tuneup.

so id say just see if it runs rough and misses a lot, if so do a tuneup. check the wires make sure they arent all messed up and check the plugs definitely.

oh and maybe, check your antifreeze and make sure it is good. they say dex cool can last up to five years / 100k so dont gamble on someone having changed it before they might have left it, like the ppl i bought my car from didnt do a tuneup on it so it ran like ****.

I might ask if theyve ever done anything to the opti as well because ive heard of them having problems around 100k. Other than that i would say trippin holyman is on the right track. See if they can prove service history the history on all services can make or break a car.

Bring someone with a tuner, check for codes... Just your normal looks, milky oil, exhaust fume colors, trans fluid, test drive.... the norm.
