Need help quick

Removing Loud mouth in perfect shape (no dirt or rust ) but cannot get the pipe over the axle to come loose looks like the clamp might have crimp0ed it what should I do

Cut it off. Torch it off. Make something fit between the clamp and pipe then pry.

You could drop the axle. You can drop it quite a bit without actually removing it.
