I turn it on and it's sounds like it's cammed idk what the problem is?

Describe the problem more fully. When does it sound like it's "cammed" - at idle, under heavy acceleration, normal cruising, all the time? Do you mean is has an unstable idle, misfires, etc.? Does the exhaust smell or fuel?

 

like when I turn it on it's sounds cammed, and the longer I leave it on it starts to idle, and wanting to turn off' I press the gas and goes quiet for a lil then accelerates.

 

Do you mean as the engine warms up it starts to idle more smoothly?

What EXACTLY do you mean by "sounds cammed"? Do you mean it is a very rough idle... it surges, it lopes?

You have to explain the problem clearly, or there's no way to help you.

-O2 sensors?

Does it ever actually stall?

Rough idle can be caused by a faulty EGR valve, failing to close fully.

Is the SES light on?

Has the engine been modified in any way? How many miles on the engine?
