Alright so there is a 1991 Pontiac formula firebird for sale around my area for 800 bucks ! I went and saw it and it has 125,000 miles, its an automatic, t-tops that dont leak, a little rust here and there, 3 inch dual cat back, its in desperate need of a paint job, it has cooper cobra tires on it. It also says it has ws6 performance suspension. It is a 305 v8... how much power are they making ? decent cars ? any major problems ? anything will help. I did look up some things but i would really like some input from you guys. I dont know if it should be under this category or not. so is 800 bucks worth it ? Thanks

My third-gen trivia is not the greatest anymore since I haven't owned one in several years, but I believe the 305 TPI/automatic tranny car put out around 210-215 hp. For 800 bucks, I would go for it. Just be aware that a paint job and rust repair, depending on its severity, will run into some money down the line.

 

well my father, uncle and girlfriends dad all know how to paint cars so I can probably get a free paint job.
