Need a few part #s and help

Well..

- driver side fog lamp is out...
- passenger and driver side window motors, dam things crapped out on my v6 also

think thats it for now...

aren't the fog lights 894 bulbs

and just go to autozone or pepboys for a $50 lifetime guaranteed window motor...
