My hazards don't work and neither do my high beams

So I was drivng home one night and thought to myself, I've never tried using my hazard lights, it would probably be good to check them.

Well I either dont know how to operate the switch or there is a problem somewhere else...

Any ideas? Maybe a fuse?

And same with the high beams. I dont know how to use those either.

I feel retarded.

the high beams are on your blinker lever. Pull it towards. The hazards (on my car) are on the bottom right side of the steering wheel. You push teh center in then to turn them off u pull the outisde.
