I have a 93 so my wiring is a bit different from others. On the 94 and up cars there were 2 fan speeds and to go with them there was a low speed wire and a high speed wire. In the same spot on a 93 there are just as many wires. On shoebox's site it shows a picture of what I am looking at under his manual fan switch section http://shbox.com/1/fan_switch_wires.jpg. So to get to the point do I have to splice two wires or just one to do the manual fan switch and if its just one then which one is it?

The wiring for the switch will be the same. It will just function like the 1993 fans do (primary and secondary fans). Just substitute the words "primary" for "low speed" and "secondary" for "high speed" when they are referred to.

Can I use an off/on switch instead of a center off switch to have both fans turn on in the "on" position and both turn off in the "off" position?

Actaully I just took instructions from Shoebox and made a write-up.

See post #13 and #15, I think.
