Mallory ignition tech support - is anyone even there?

I have been trying to get a hold of a live person for the last couple of weeks at Mallory/Mr Gasket to inquire about the status of my 685 ignition box that was sent for repairs a couple of weeks ago. I havent heard anything from them. Each time I have called, I have been put on hold for upward of 20 minutes and have NEVER gotten through to a person. Does anyone have a contact at Mallory/Mr Gasket who can give me a direct line?

I know from personal experience that filling in their online question form is a total waste of time. I just hope I don't need warranty service on my Hyfire.

Well, I just faxed them my inquiry and somebody emailed me a different number to call than the tech line posted on their website and I was able to get a hold of a real live person in 30 seconds. Imagine that!
