MAF...which one???

i finally got my car last week...98 Silver M6 with mods already done...trouble is i bought it at a car auction(wrecked) and the owner took off some parts before they sold it 4, yeah that's right...4 Taylor 8mm spark plug wires, air lid, MAF, and rear spoiler...but anyways, my question is about the MAF...i've heard bad things about Granatelli MAFs on LS1's is that true or will they work fine or should i get one from SLP or factory even??? thanks

I'd go for the factory unit if it's the least expensive. What most MAF's do to gain any power is lean the WOT mixture, which can be done whenever you dynotune your car.

The Z06 MAF isn't worth it, gains will not be noticable.

Hope this helps,
