MAF to Airbox Rubber boot?
Does anyone know where I can get the rubber boot that goes between the MAF and the Airbox on 93-97 Ws6 Trans Ams. Is there a part # or can I just make one? Any suggestions?
Re: MAF to Airbox Rubber boot?
That would be 96/97 WS6 Trans Ams.
The most popular replacement is a Fernco #1056-33 3" sewer pipe connector, $6 including the two stainless clamps, at your local chain hardware store.

Re: MAF to Airbox Rubber boot?
Do you mean the boot between the MAF and the throttle body? Fred's post above referencing the Fernco is only good for this location.
In your post you are asking about the piece between the MAF and the airbox. The part there is just a thin rubber seal. Is this what you meant to ask about?

Re: MAF to Airbox Rubber boot?
A while back I hit a deer and, as opposed to retaining the stock 93-97 front clip, I converted over to the LS1 style nose. With it, I got the LS1 airlid. Might sound kinda dumb, but I diced up and used a rubber boot to mate the throttle body with the MAF. If interested, I can send some pix . . .

I do mean the rubber seal between the MAF and the Airbox. Not the boot between the MAF and the TB.
