LOL looks like only the people who own LT1s read and voted for LT1's in this thread, except for one.

Used to like the look of the LT1, so much so when mine got totaled I almost didn't get a new fbody. Hated the newer bodies. now looking back, I don't know what I ever saw in the LT1. I guess I was younger and the LT1 looked more like a video game car. Now I'm older and I love the new front end. It's smooth, streamlined, it's classy. The lines flow nicely, everything looks in place.

On the other hand--- LT1s look like garbage to me now, when it's the only thing I'd ever consider at first. No front end, lights that look out of place not to mention terrible road illumination, plain looking taillights, etc. I now consider the LT-1 style an "entry level" camaro, and the LS1 style the next step.

the older style 300m I could MAYBE see being confused if you were drunk and looking out your rearview mirror on a rainy night(http://www.autogazeta.com/c/8/b/chry...chicago_04.jpg )--but a sebring? LOL You're stretching there. Besides, the 300m debuted after the ls1 fbody.

LOL not that I don't appreciate the fbody altogether, but I would never own another LT1 style fbody. I like the more refined look of the 98+ now.

 

well hey, i have a ss hood on my car (WITH 3800 badges so noone confuses it with an actual SS.......had to throw that in there for you LT1 and LS1 guys), and i got a wave from an LS1 SS passing me today, so who cares, if you're drivin an fbody, its all good.

 

LT1 SS hands down.
