LT1 "D" port exhaust gaskets

LT1 "D" port exhaust gaskets
Picked up a set of headers to use on an LT1 engine, the headers were advertised to fit D port heads..but not real happy with the gasket sealing especially near the flat portion of the D port.
The FelPro D port gaskets barely seal the round port headers...anyone out there make a D port gasket with more coverage in the area of the flat spot?
