I am looking at a 1991 Camaro Z28 and wanted to know what areas I should look at during consideration in purchase? Is there known problem areas or chassis/body points that tend to crack or rust? What about engine, tranny and drivetrain. From what I have searched on this site, the dash it usually the first thing to go.
I dont know much about Chevy's as I have always been on the other end with a Mustang GT, Cobra and a Lightning in the garage - but I thought that I would represent the bowties with a Camaro and I have always loved this body style. Thanks ahead of time and thumbs up on a great site!

 

If it is a t-top car, remove the tops and check under the rubber weatherstrip on the t-bar.
