hey I've had a couple problems pop up recently with the lighting. One, my tail lights just took a crap on me. Brake lights work just not the regular tail ligts. Already replaced bulbs. And also my left fron turn signal wants to stay in the on position when I have my headlights on. And as a result the left signals won't blink

 

Sorry I forgot to mention which Camaro it is. it's the 87 IROC. If anyone could help me out I'd appreciate it.
