I recently got one installed. When I press lock, it locks and as well as gives one flash of lights. When I press unlock it gives two light flashes but does not unlock.

The only exceptional situation where it unlocks is when I press unlock within 5 seconds of locking. After 5 seconds elapse it simply refuses to unlock. According to the knowledge I have this means that the wire connection is done correctly because it does unlock within 5 seconds of locking.

I would welcome any thoughts or suggestions that I could try.
