so, I'm confused, why sometimes it works, sometimes it doesnt.

Sometimes it works, and it rotates, other times, it wont budge left or right... seems if i push the lock back and forth, that it'll eventually start working with the key, but... that assumes the door is not locked, and i have already been inside to make the door key useable...
Works passenger side & trunk, no problem.

Anyone had similar problems?

 

Usually caused by the tumblers in the lock becoming worn. Buy a new lock and have it matched to your key.

 

Have you tried lubricating the lock with some graphite? Clean it with WD40 first, blow it out with air, and put in the graphite last, to avoid a gummy mess.

 

Seems to be working thus far, the air blew out quite a bit of lub/dirt mud.

havent found any graphite yet, but I know that does wonders on pad-locks

I know this isnt the title of the thread, but my 94 formula had remote entry, I'm assuming since this 95 has power doors/windows, it probably has the transmitter, any way to find out?

 

Remote entry is RPO "AU0". Look for that code on your build tag. Generally, the cars had one of the option "packages", and most of them got stuff like the remote entry. But it will have the code if it has it.
