Just Installed Edlebrock 52mm TB

Ive had it sitting in my room here for about 6 monthes. Not really serving its purpose on my dresser.

The throttle response is awesome!!! I feel a big difference.

So it just bolted right up? You just swapped over the TPS sensor and IAC and everything worked fine? I've heard some people have had to readjust the TPS sensor.. did you have to do that by chance? I only ask because I still have my Edelbrock 52mm TB still sitting in my toolbox and it has been there since January. I bought it with the intent that I was going to be doing heads/cam this summer, but I did the nitrous instead. I'm tired of it sitting around though, its time I put it on along with the A/C delete pulley that has been sitting around since last summer!

Re: Just Installed Edlebrock 52mm TB

Mine came with a new sensor, But yeah, thats all I did was bolt on and it started right up. I didnt expect it to be that easy, thats usually not my luck. It took me like 30 minutes tops. Since I did the throttle body bypass mod I didnt have to worry about any coolant getting on my opti.

Let me know that you think when you bolt your on!

I have the TB bypass done on mine as well so that eliminates one less step. Maybe I'll give it a shot tommorow.

How is your tranny shifting with 52mm TB?
Did you notice any difference?

TPS position and RPM affect line pressure. How much air flows for a given rotation of the blades alters engine performance - TPS vs. engine load/RPM relationship is altered. Changing to a larger throttle body can affect A4 transmission performance.

Re: Just Installed Edlebrock 52mm TB

When I put my 52mm on my car, I had some issues... just required a bit of TPS adjustment, so it's not difficult to correct.
