The Hurst competition plus was a POS. It was discontinued a long time ago. The only shifter Hurst sells for our cars aftermarket now is the billet plus.

I would have to second that. I had that shifter in my car from 1997 until about a year ago. It was one of the only ones out there if I remember right, when I bought it in 97. It was soo tall, it felt like you were driving a semi!
