My Z28 has been sitting for while with tranny problems. Although I start her up every so often to keep the juices flowing, she has developed some mold on the cloth seats and rugs. The dash is no problem to clean-up.

What is the most effective way to get rid of it? Ultimately after the mechanical issues get resolved, I had planned (before the tranny went) to redo the interior with leather and have a new drop top put on. But I would like to get rid of it now because the interior work will not happen right away after the tranny issues are taken care of.

I was wondering if there is a special product the restoration guys use?
