Most likely one of the door or hatch switches. I go play with them and see if any feel loose/broken.

The switch for the rear hatch is a little lever that is in the middle of the latch mechanism bolted to the body. The metal loop on the hatch pushes it down when it enters the latch. The door switches just unscrew.

The light switches work by completing the ground circuit. A faulty switch or a wire shorting to ground will turn the lights on.
