im replacing floor pans in my 79 z28

any have any tips?

i have been calling around asking what this area is called and no one can answer my question...

i have a big rust hole on both sides right where the seat belt mounts.

i can go in the car and look through the hole and see the tire on both sides

anyone know what that area is called?

where can i buy the sheet metal to fix it?
