IAT sensor

Anyone know how to check an IAT sensor. Or have a chart that shows what voltage i should be getting at what air temp. Thanks.

I suggest you download all 3 files of the 94 service manual here: My Files
Also download the pdf utility, which you can use to combine the two parts of volume 1 back together again.
What you are looking for is located on page 6E3-A-57

You measure the resistance vs. temperature with the harness connector off the sensor. Shoebox has a complete guide to testing temp sensors:
