HVAC Bi-Level

So about a week ago I was playing with my HVAC controls and it doesnt want to switch between bi-level, defrost, etc. Its stuck on defrost sending air through the dash vent. So today I tore apart the dash checking everything and I'm thinking either the bi-level actuator is bad (by the accelerator) or some sort of vacuum issue. I'm leaning heavily toward the actuator. The car has 94,433 miles on it. Just wondering if anyone's had this problem or any tips/advice to fix the problem.

Thanks

EDIT: I found this thread, approx a month or so old. If anyone could elaborate, link me to an old thread or give more feedback, that would be great.
