Dang, that’s impressive!!

Mine is an LS1, and it had 120k on the ODO when I pulled the LS1 in favor of a 45k-mile LS3, which I have not yet installed.

That's awesome. How's it run and is anything still original?

Identical to mine--same color ("quasar blue metallic"), t-tops, etc. I put in a new interior last year (went w/ the faux-leather). Mine has ~104k, but I gotta do the dreaded OPTI swap. Prior to the OPTI crappin' out it was really nice.

Re: How many miles on your Lt1 Z28?

I had just shy of 473K on my 1996 Z28 1LE when I had an issue with a hack-job mechanic who replaced lifters with some cheap *** crap. Less than 10K on the lifters, and one stuck. Buh-bye camshaft, bent pushrod... yeah. Fortunately, the bent pushrod happened less than a half mile from my house, so the block and most everything else is still good. Still, in the interest of getting the car up and running quickly, I had a rebuilt LT1 from Powertrain Products installed.

I do wonder how far I could have gone with the original motor if I'd had quality parts installed. I'm still on the original transmission (though the clutch has been replaced many times).

179,418. Hoping I can salvage the engine in it now for at least a little while longer.
