How to make the passenger seat stop rattling?

get rid of the seat all together... these cars are huge with no seats in them accept the drivers.... i took mine out and put a few washers under the arm that was loose and when i tightened them down it put enough pressure on the seat to stop the rattle

lol and just not have a passenger seat?
