How hard is a spark plug electrode?

I swapped plugs the other night and one of them was missing its electrode and the ground was bent. I have forged pistons with a 22cc dish, and AFR 210 heads on my turbo lt1. is an electrode hard enough do any damage if i bangged around in there? Motor still runs fine.

I'm sure you'll be fine, afterall, the stock platinum plugs are notorious for dropping their pucks through the engine as well.

Might want to scope that cylinder. Only time I've seen a ground post bent was when a chunk of piston breaks off at the top ring land. Detonation can destroy center electrode, but won't bend the ground that I've ever seen. Could anything have fallen into that cylinder to cause the damage?
