if your planning on adding freon make sure you pull a vacuum on it what it does is take out any moister in the system which can damage your compressor.

I live in Edmonton [personal insult deleted]. You can buy recharge kits at Canadian Tire for $50. RED TEK A/C Refrigerant Recharge Kit | Canadian Tire

In California you have to buy the tap, pay a deposit on the can, return the can, with the tap, you can not let any r134a left in can out. I checked last week, about $16 or so for 1 lb, and $8.00 for tap, and a deposit ($20). I have old R12 gauges , bought the adaptors for 134a and a 30 lb tank. Cheaper in the long run, no deposit, and I have more than 2 cars. Makes it about $4 a lb.

Yep,
Put in less than 1/2 lb and everything working fine. Will get the sniffer out when it gets a little warmer to work outside. At least I know whole system is ok, just a little leak somewhere.
Thanks
