How do you adjust the headlight flaps on LS1 Bird?

How do you adjust the headlight flaps on LS1 Bird?
We have a 02 Collector car and the passenger headlight flap is sitting to low and rubbing the bumper cover. How do you adjust this up some so its not rubbing?

If you just want to adjust the dress cover,there are 4 screws. Two can be reached from the back. The other two require you to remove the headlight bezel, which is 3 more screws.
