How do I remove pulley from a/c condenser

Is this possible? In the center of the clutch/pulley is a bolt that has what appears to be a loc washer holding it all together. Anyone knwo how to take the pulley? Or should my cheap skate self go buy a pulley? I have since destroyed that bolt in the center and still cannot remove the pulley.

The pulley/clutch assembly comes off by removing the nut and using a special puller to removing the assembly.
The universal three prong type pullers to not work well on these pulleys. So buy, borrow, or rent the special A/C tools. You'll thank yourself later.
