How do bullets work?

Just wondering what type of muffler are bullets? Are they just straight glasspacks or are they something else?

Re: How do bullets work?

Bullets are a specific Dynomax brand glass-pack style muffler, they are very small and don't deaden much. www.summitracing.com

I installed a bullet to replace the catalytic converter. It kills off that raspy poping sound you get if you were to use a straight pipe.
Man my LT1 sounds like its got a 1000HP.

looks like a glass pack from the outside in shape, looking in there are holes that look like a cheese grate with a white looking substance behind. flow very well and sound awsome.

Likewise. I have a nice mellow tone now instead of a crappy rasp and pop.
