horn button dont work

I have a 99 Z28 and the horn buttons on the steering wheel stopped working. The horn Does Work when you press the factory alarm remote. I checked all the fuses and their all in good shape. What should I try next? Can it be the Horn Relay in the fuse box under the hood?
99 Z28 18,500 miles

yelling works better

i would think its the button itself or a wire going from the button to the fuse. if the fuse relay was blown, wouldn't the alarm button not work?
