high rpm miss/studder after pullies?

it feeling like the motor is viberating bad above 4500 rpm, and a little all the way through the rpm range, i thought it feels like a miss fire.
kind of like your at the drag strip and floor it, but in first gear the rpm hits the rev limmiter kind of a feel/sound. kind of like a shutter,
it does it in every gear, even in N.
im just very worried i didnt blow up the motor, or any parts in the motor. i have been scared to start it lol.
hell for all i know its fixed.
as far as the bolts, no we cut them so they didnt touch the opti.
