HID Conversion

Has anyone installed a HID headlight system on their cars. I have been looking into getting a conversion kit, but I wanted to make sure that no one encountered any problems with it.

Thanks

Re: HID Conversion

Many of the lighting topics are posted in the Appearance Section. Your lighting could be being done for appearance or safety so the topic could go either place If you don't get the responses you are looking for here, might want to try the Appearance Section as well because a couple guys hang out there who have done this.

Also, www.tbyrnemotorsports.com has HID lighting as well and they support camaroz28.com so be sure to check them out as well

I had a retro done a few months ago on my 2000 SS. I had S2000 projector's installed with OEM 4100K bulbs and ballasts. I can not even begin to tell you how sweet it looks. I will upload pics tonight.

got a price? Tbyrn sells the kits for about 500+ bones.

I like how they look its different and prob light 10x better then the stock bulbs.

I hear that they are not hard to swap either. Just replace the headlights and i think you have to adjust the ecm but thats about it.
