help removing rear speakers

I understand that in the 85 iroc there are 6x9's in the rear under that panel that the front seat belts are attached too.

My question is how do you take that panel off, is there a screw that holds the seat belt part and the panel onto the body? Or is that screw at the top the only one.

Thx for any help.

There is a screw/hanger clip thing that you screw into the top of the panel... i only had to remove that one and i could take out the 6x9
