Help! Rear side markers won't light up!
Help! Rear side markers won't light up!
I hadn't noticed until recently but my rear side markers on the sides of the bumper do nothing! I changed both bulbs yesterday... no blown fuses. What can it be?!

Hi there. I am having the same problem as the OP where the side markers and license plate lights are out. Which fuse are the lights connected to? What is the common solution to this problem? Thanks all!

Actually when I messed w/ the plate light to see if it worked... out of nowhere my side markers WERE working. They still work since and I've never known what fixed them out of nowhere.

The license plate light and side markers are all powered off the same wire. The wire connects to the car just behind the left tail light. If none of them work, start by looking at that wire and plug.

I had the same problem last week. I replaced a burned out bulb on the side markers, and it didn't work; the light was still out. Turns out there was some corrosion on the contacts. Clean them up and make sure the bulb is in tight. It worked for me.
