Lightbulb HELP me with my LT1 build

Here's the lowdown:
I have a 95 Z28 LT1 A4 with less than 90k miles in good shape. I want to build my Camaro as a street car with 400rwhp. No drag time, just want to weekend drive it or so, not a daily driver. Just a simple build to be able to enjoy my drives and smoke some cars on the road if I have to. I am somewhat budget minded meaning I do have a budget and I must have a shop do it (I'm overseas right now). This is what I'm thinking:

ENGINE
-stock engine
-LE2 head/cam package
-1.6rr
-APR headbolts
anything else I need for the h/c setup that I'll need?
-58mm TB w/ported intake
-electric WP
-30 SVO injectors/fuel pump
-new opti/plugs/wires/coil
-pacesetter LTs/OR-y/pipe magnaflow catback

TRANSMISSION
-3000k stall
-shift kit
-trans cooler

SUSPENSION
-eibach lower springs
-relocation brackets
-shocks
-adj. panhard bar
-LCAs
-subframe connectors

OTHER
-3.73 gears
-Dyno tune

So this is what I've got so far and I'm thinking it's pretty complete, but what are some things that I'm missing? There might be some suggestions about forging the block or just getting an LS1, but I would just like to know that, deciding on doing this setup, what are some things that I'm missing.

ENGINE:

To net 400rwHP with an automatic, you'll have to make 475-480HP at the flywheel. I'd recommend at least 36 #/HR injectors. Magnaflow catback may be limiting. A larger exhaust like the Mufflex 3-1/2" catback, or even true duals would be a lot better suited to that kind of HP. You're probably going to need new lifters and pushrods. Upgraded timing set might be a good addition. I'd opt for ARP head studs rather than bolts.

TRANSMISSION:

A good "performance" rebuild is recommended.

SUSPENSION:

An adjustable torque arm would be a good idea.

With so many topics covered in a single post, you might want to break it down and post the engine in the "engine" forum, tranny in the "drivetrain" forum, suspension in the "suspension" forum, etc.

stock engine is not going to like the RPM needed by that cam.
I would get a basica rebuild with a stock crank, new bearings, stock rods, ARP rod bolts, and then just some cheaper eagle pistons or something of the sort.

I would also look at getting the LE3 cam over the LE2

Also, you are going to want around a 3600 stall

put it this way, the stock bottom end can handle good power, theres quite a few people in the FI section running stock crank and stock rods with forged pistons and 500RWHP
