okay i was driving the car home i heard a noise and it sounded like i ran over a pop can or a rock hit the window but the noise came from the rear i got have way home and i noticed the ASR light was on so i go to push the button to turn it off but it was not working bu the brake were working fine. so i started the car up this morning to move the car and my foot went to the floor on the brake and the low traction light came on. when i apply light pressure to the brake pedal it is firm but when i go to to apply more pressure to stop the car the pedal goes to the floor. any one have a clue whats going on.

 

Is the "BRAKE" light on?

Get under it and scope out all the brake lines and look for any fluid leakage.

Did you check the level in the Master Cylinder?

 

master cylinder is full, no brake lines are leaking. i think it is the booster because it only happens when the car is at a crawl. because when you apply the brake at like 15 mph you have good brake pressure then when you get to like 5 mph all brake pressure is gone and the car just about does not want to stop.

edit: I just got done bleeding the system and that did not work i noticed that when the pedal loses pressure and gets almost to a complete stop the drive side front tire locks up. it is acting like something in the system is getting confused and spazing out.
