on my 95, i flush my heater core like every other week. and a lot of black gunk comes out. but it never lasts longer then a couple weeks. do you think i should just bite the bullit and pay $90 for a new one?

what i mean is, do you think its more then the core? it does get kind of warm but never HOT, but it goes right back to cold in a week.

 

What r u putting back in it after you flush it? Also, how long do u let it flush out, til clear? It took a couple of times to flush mine out, then fill it with distilled h2o, ran it til it got nice and hot, and flushed it right again.
