Headlights on a 93 Camaro cant get out

Headlights on a 93 Camaro cant get out
Need to replace my low beams I got star bits or whatever you call them.
But one of the bolts holding the light in has a little thing in the middle keeping the standard bit from going in.
Can I get this at Autozone etc?
