header gasket specific question

I have Jet Hot long tubes and the felpro gasket (I think it's part #1403) sucks. The problem is the jet hots are O ports and the felpro is meant for D port headers or manifolds. I need to know the part number of a NON-metallic gasket that has O ports that will work with LT1's (preferrably a felpro part #). I'm getting major leakage on the tops and bottoms of where the headers meet the heads cause of that thin area on the top and bottom.

TIA

I am 99% sure that my het hot's are "D" tube. I got mine in Thanksgiving, not sure if that makes a difference though.

Well, I don't know if you'd consider them "non-metallic"... But here's my $0.02...

I was running the Mr.Copper gaskets, and they leaked, BAD... just how bad I found out when I repalced them 2 weeks ago, they were leaking on 7 of the 8 cylinders. I replaced them with the Earl's Aluminum/Graphite ones, and they do NOT leak at all, period, end of story, even without re-tightening of the bolts.

Although I do recommend 1" header bolts with them due to the increased thickness of the graphite cores.

Yeah, I've tried earls before and they were OK, but I really wanted the part number for a set of felpros that were O port and compatible with the LT1. I don't know if anyone is having my same problem, but it's really annoying me. I mean, the O primary ends are LARGE and the felpro gasket has tiny little D ports. It's lunacy for me to keep running them! I think every port is leaking.

I just used the cheapy paper gaskets that came with my pacesetters and they dont leak.

I have never had any problems with "paper gaskets"

You have the wrong headers. My jet-hots are D-ports, no question about it

God, please don't tell me this. I got them from Combination motorsports and I know they are knowledgable folks. If I have the wrong headers, then what car are my headers made for? They are Jet Hot Long Tubes with the primary slip fit for cylinder 1.
I don't get it. Which F body has O ports? A corvette? (not an f-body I guess).
