Hazzards work but turn signals dont.. what is wrong?!

Not sure what category to post this.. so here goes.. (feel free to move it where it needs to be!)

I pulled the working 20A fuse from the hazzards and put them in the #2 slot for the turn/bu and still no turn signals.

Not sure what could be wrong or even where to look. No other fuses are listed as turn singal..

Any help is greatly appreciated!

well.. after going out there.. No.. I have a hazzards flasher but I dont have anything else near it that looks remotely like it.

The silver cylinder there is the hazzards flasher.. I cannot find anything remotely like it.

Anyone have any more suggestions?
