Had car Scanned need help figureing out whats wrong

Ok i went to autozone and had the car scanned...and well i am not pleased. Here are the codes but i am not sure as to what they are saying

P0412
The PCM has determined that a malfunction exists in electrical circuit for switching valve "A" of the secondary air injection system.

Now what does this mean exactly? what could be wrong?

P0327
The PCM has determined that the voltage signal from the knock sensor 1 is too low for the current engine operating conditions (bank 1 signal sensor)

I take it this means i have to replace the knock sensors

P0430
The PCM has determined that the catalyst system efficiency for bank 2 is below threshold for the current engine operating conditions.

Now does this mean that my cats are cooked? clogged? or is it the 02 sensor is bad?

My car is makeing a rattleing sound at 1600-1700 rpms then it goes away. It isnt as noticible in gear you can really hear it on deceleration however. I think this might be the cat.

Please if any of you know whats up please chime in here.

Sounds like your cat is toast. (rattle) The code is confirming it. Get it replaced.

Replace the knock sensor on the driver side.

P0412 is an AIR pump code. I would check with your local dealer to see if there is a recall on your year and get it replaced. Or you can pick up a used one. (they sell pretty cheap)

You can also block it off, but you will need your PCM reprogrammed to eliminate the code.

I just f-n replaced my airpump last summer! with a used on that had less miles on it then my car had (off a 99 ta with 60k) I know it works i can hear it in the am when it spools up.

Does anyone know the p# for the knock sensor? Or how much it costs? Its gunna be a PITA to get at it though.

As for cats looks like i am gunna have to just get that catback i wanted a little sooner then i wanted and while i am at it might as well toss on some highflow cats.

Fix the cat, check the air pump fuse, clear the codes and see if any come back.

Do you know which one is the air pump fuse? Is it near ECM or is it in the fuse box in the interior of the car near the drivers side door?

It will be labled on the back of the panel. It's in the engine bay fuse box.

Fuse looks good. I started my car up this morning and i could hear the airpump working..and then i could hear it (faintly) on my drive to class. So i know it is working. It has to be a sensor or something that is faulty. Or the cat is just sending a ripple effect with the trouble codes.

I would tend to belive that you could be having a fualty injection selinoid or check valve but I would still fix teh cat, clear the codes and start over.

Where would the selinoid be located? Is that the portion that connects to the tubes on the manifolds? Is the check valve same as EGR? I am thinking that since the cat is messed and since the airpump feeds air to the cat that it might be causeing both codes to trip?
