Guage Cluster after LT1 swap

Ok, here is my problem...
I recently did a LT1 swap. The car is a 1994 RS with a 1993 LT1 swap with a 700R4. I changed all the wiring harness and the guage cluster from the 1993 but the speedo doesnt work and the tach jumps around, but only at 3000rpms and up. The 1993 car was a 6-speed, so i had a new chip burned for the change from 6-speed to and auto. CAN ANYONE HELP!!! I'm trying to sell my car and i need to fix this ASAP.

Thanks
Chad

P.S.----I don't think the miles are going on the car either since it hasn't changed...but the trip got 4 miles on it since the swap and i reset it. So it must have worked for a sec or so......

If I'm not mistaken, they changed the VSS output betweeen '93 and '94...you'll need to find a way to convert. Not sure if you can just use the VSS and gear from your old tranny or not.

HTH!

At first I thought my VSS was bad..so i bought one at the parts store for a 1993 with a "700R4". But would anyone know how to convert the signal?
