Power Window Issue (after motor replacement)

Replaced the driver's side power window motor (Shoebox is the man!) earlier today, and while rolling the window down from fully up, it felt like it jumped down a notch or something, when it first started to go down. Afterwards it won't roll up completely, it's close to about an inch short of sealing where it should.

It's too dark now for me to look at it, and I'm scheduled to work a a double tomorrow. Can anyone point me in the right direction (I know the system is simple, but it's a pain to work on because you can't see it well, and I already don't want to deal with it) for what's wrong, and how to fix it?

Two of the rivets holding the mounting bracket for the motor had came out. I sure didn't drill them out, I guess it was from the vibration while drilling the access holes.

Easy fix with two new pop rivits.
