Re: ...Got a new code...

DTC P1135 HO2S Lean Mean Bank 1 Sensor 1

Thats what I got from a website... however another website said something completely different...

P1135 Ignition Switch Signal Missing or Improper.

It's misfiring but I canNOT afford a full tuneup, meaning my first fix has to be the final fix... What should I look for?

Re: ...Got a new code...

p1153 is Heated Oxygen Sensor (HO2S) insufficient switching Bank 2 sensor 1, try a new O2 sensor to fix the problem.

Would this cause the car also to feel somewhat...sluggish?...

It's not REAL sluggish and seems to run fine when I use midgrade octane but regular octane causes it to kind of... knock... and it's alittle hessitant, but not so bad as it would be called a misfire IMO...

If the sensor is malfunctioning, the engine will not run as it should.

Re: ...Got a new code...

Whoa!! O2 Sensors for my car cost $80 ?!?!?!

Uh, any cheaper than that?!

Also the one I'm looking for is on the passenger side by the manifold, I'm guessing thats before the cats from what the code said right? Is there any particular sensor I'm looking into getting?

No, they are about half of that (unless you are talking about a pair). Get them from Dal Slabaugh or Jason Cromer. Contact info on my tech page.
